Grievance Policy

Any resident may file a grievance at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to issues related to repairs, unfair treatment by guests or staff and for any reason causing disruption in recovery.

We ask that all grievances first be addressed with the House Manager or in the event the grievance is with said individual, then with either founders Chuck Madden or Jim Damico. Please address house manager with all issues prior to contacting the founders.

Operational issues that may not yet rise to the level of a grievance may always be addressed at the weekly House Meeting.
