Mission Statement/Philosophy

Our mission at Redemption House is to give our guests a safe and supportive environment in which to practice sober living while establishing a sober community of like-minded individuals. Our goal is to help facilitate the structure and support needed on a daily basis by those managing their own recovery. We emphasize the importance of community and strongly encourage the development of connections with other residents while utilizing all the property has to offer. Improving existing relationships with friends and family is supported and volunteering locally is required. We will work tirelessly to help reduce shame and stigma of addiction thru unique opportinities provided throughout the campus setting. Participation in group activities such as agriculture, art, meditation, yoga, history, antiques, animal care, and any other team-building experience that the property can provide is always available. Our goal is to help rebuild our guests back to who they were prior to addiction.
